Chair Fitness is a gentle exercise class adapted to suit less able people. Our coach, Rachel is experienced in working with older or less able people to help them with fall prevention, core strength and general fitness
Sessions Mondays at 12:30-1:30pm with Rachel Howard leading the sessions.
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers and bring along a drink.
We are an accessible venue with a ‘changing places’ bathroom, and level access to all areas of the centre. There is free car parking at the centre.
