Currently, the gym is open on Monday to Friday evenings from 6-8pm with arrival times staggered. You can stay as long as you like up until the end of the session. There are also Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, with arrival times staggered, finishing at 12 noon.
Buying this monthly pass will add a monthly gym membership to your account. You can then log into your account at any time this month and book gym sessions. Select ‘My Account’ on the top menu.
As numbers in the gym are limited due to Covid, we would appreciate it if you only booked one session per day to allow other people space to train as well.
By booking, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the Gym rules during Covid-19 restrictions (July 2020) These will be updated regularly as government guidance changes.
All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for on-line and in advance. We are unable to provide walk-in sessions at present and can only accommodate 6 users per session.
When you book you will be asked to provide details to enable NHS track and tracing. These will be only kept for a limited time as required by government policy and only used for that purpose.
You will also be asked to confirm that you have read the gym rules.
Social distancing of 2 metres must be maintained at all times and hands sanitised regularly.
To help maintain social distancing, you must arrive promptly. If you are a little late you may be asked to wait a few minutes as the next booking may already be arriving. Equally if you arrive early you will be asked to wait. Please remain patient if this happens. We are just as keen to have the gym open as you are but we must follow guidelines to keep us all safe.
We will provide gel and you will be asked to sanitize your hands on arrival. You will also be asked to confirm that you have read the current rules.
No coats, bags or other personal property should be brought into the gym and no litter should be left behind when your session is over. Empty water bottles, etc must to be taken away.
