A fun class for young people aged 11-16, this circuits-based workout will increase fitness and confidence!
Classes are a mixture of circuit and HIIT training.
The aim is to keep them fun and varied.
Coach is Kay Odejay, an ex professional footballer who has a passion for helping people be the best versions of themselves physically but most importantly mentally as well.
