      Hi Margaret,
The best time for you to come would be 7-8pm on a Friday as Russ, the gym instructor who is available at that time, is qualified to advise you and show you the right exercises to do.
You can just turn up at that time to see him, or you can book by calling or texting Louise on 07526 253100

Hi, would you be able to save the skating gear for me please. I run a skating class but can’t lend people skates to try out as I only have the odd pair. I could pick them up later,if not I will try to get someone to nip up for me. Thanks

      Hi Steve,
That’s interesting, where do you do skating classes?
I’m not sure if they’ll be suitable for you – they are old ones that we have rejected – plastic quads. They are fine for kids to mess about in their gardens or on the pavement, but they are old and rattley. But you’re very welcome to them!
