Do you know anyone who is looking for a job? We are recruiting for a ‘Customer Service Apprentice’, and a ‘Party Coordinator’ to join our team.

The customer service apprentice will work £32.5hrs/wk at the standard apprentice rate, with the course managed by Barnsley College. They will work on reception, assist in the cafe, take bookings and answer calls, set rooms out for centre users, help run sessions and take on a wide variety of other roles. They will learn ‘on the job’, but will also attend courses such as first aid and fire marshall training. We are looking for someone enthusiastic who loves being around people and making them feel welcome. Closing date this Sunday.

The party coordinator will work mainly weekends and holidays, on a 6hr/wk contract at £10/hr, with frequent overtime opportunities. They will run nerf, skating and parties where people bring their own entertainment. They will also manage the teen assistants and ensure everything runs smoothly. They will manage bookings, contact people who have booked parties to confirm details and help maintain equipment. We need someone who is good with children, puts everyone at ease, and is organised.
