If you had an upcoming booking for sports/skating etc, you should have received an email from us this morning with details of how to save your booking as a credit, or request a refund for your session.
Gym members with monthly or weekly passes have had their memberships paused which means they will have the same number of days/weeks left on their membership when we are able to open again. Alternatively a refund can be claimed if required.
