Did you know we run regular Yoga Classes here? Join Instructor Jo on Mondays at 6:30 or 7:30pm to to build flexibility and strength in the body and stillness in the mind.
Jo trained in Hatha Yoga and has spent many years practising following a back injury of her own. Her classes are suitable for complete beginners, through to ‘stetchy yogis’!
