Quidditch Fun in the Holidays!
Looking for fun and different activities for kids in the school holidays?
We have TWO muggle Quidditch matches lined up for Barnsley and Kirklees School Holidays! Join us on Thursday 18th or 25th April from 10:30am-11:15am for a fast paced and fun, team game! It’s just £4 per child.
The object of the game of Quidditch is to score more points than your opponents. Players do this by scoring goals which is done by placing a slightly deflated volleyball called the Quaffle into the opposition’s goals giving them 10 points, and by capturing the Golden Snitch which is worth 30 points.

Sheffield Schools Skate & Swegway Sessions!
This Easter, the Sheffield and Barnsley/Kirklees School holidays don’t match up! So, after feedback from previous holidays, we’ve tried to ensure there’s something for everyone by putting on extra skating sessions and lessons for Sheffield’s School Children!
We also have a Hoverboard/Swegway obstacle course on Friday 12th April 4-5pm! For £2.50 per person, you can test your skills against our challenges, including the limbo! But please make sure you bring your own Swegway/Hoverboard, as unlike skates, we don’t have any for hire!

Easter Holiday Fun at Penistone Leisure Centre!
We’ve been busy, working hard on making sure we’ve got LOADS of fun activities for the Easter Holidays lined up for you!
We have Quidditch, Public Skating Sessions, Nerf Skirmish, Skating Skills Lessons, Hoverboard/Swegway Obstacle Course, and of course, you can always hire our Badminton/Table tennis facilities! Click on the links, for more information about the events!
Booking is required for some of the events (please see individual pages for info) and we recommend getting in early, as spaces are limited!
This year, Sheffield’s school holidays are the first two weeks in April and Barnsley/Kirklees’ School holidays are the third and fourth weeks, so we’ve responded to feedback and tried to put on extra skating during both holidays.
