We are delighted to say that the gym is open again from Monday 10th August and bookings are open now! Initially it’s just the weights room (so no cardio machines-treadmills, elliptical etc) until the 17th August as we are just finishing off areas of that room.
Initially Gym sessions will be on Mondays 6-8pm, Wednesday 10am-12noon and 6-8pm and Fridays 6-8pm. We will build back up to our usual opening hours as more of our volunteers become available.
All Gym sessions will need to be booked in advance via our website. This is to ensure we don’t go over our limit of 6 users at a time, and also to collect information for ‘Track and Trace’. You can book your spot by clicking on the Gym page of our website and clicking on the ‘book gym session’ button on the right hand of the page.
We are limiting numbers in the gym to 6 people at a time and will be maintaining strict social distancing. You can find full details of our current gym restrictions here, which you will be asked to confirm that you have read before booking.

**Please Note- You must have had a gym induction with one of our instructors within the last 12 months to be able to use the Gym. Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer gym inductions, as social distancing won’t allow instructors to demo machines safely. We hope to resume inductions from September, but if you would like to add your name to the waiting list (click here) we will contact you when we are able to resume.
