All gym users now paying in Centre for weekly or monthly passes will be given a pass (like back in the day!)
We are also introducing the free gym session pass.
Once you’ve completed an induction you will be given a pass that allows you one free gym session (unless you stay straight after your induction).

We were delighted to receive the first payment from the Co-op Community Fund recently!
We applied to the Co-op’s Community Fund in order to buy some new equipment for our Gym! We received £1,454.93 which we are hoping to spend very soon!
Unfortunately, since lockdown there has been a huge increase in people buying gym equipment for home use, which has left a massive shortage in the market for commercial Gym Equipment! So, our Gym team, are currently looking for the right things to buy and as soon as we have them, we’ll be posting about it!
Huge thank you to the Co-op for your fantastic community program- it is so appreciated and it’ll be so nice to get some new stuff in the Gym! We have recently extended our Gym’s opening hours too- So why not sign up here. Once you have signed up, one of our Gym Instructors will contact you to arrange an induction and get you started on your fitness journey!
In the meanwhile, if you’d like to support Penistone Leisure Centre and you are a Co-op customer with a Members Card, then please log in to your online account and select us as your chosen charity. Then the Co-op will allocate your share of the community fund to us! The more Co-op Customers who do this, the better facilities we will be able to provide for the community of Penistone and surrounding Areas!
