We have a brilliant solution to the ‘how to get your workout in?’ quandry that many of us face!
Come along on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am to ‘Squats with Tots! It’s a parent and child (or grandparent, carer etc) fitness class that you are welcome to bring your child/children along to!
The class consists of a 40 minute workout, and space for the children to play with a variety of toys etc whilst you do your thing! It doesn’t matter if your child joins in, shouts, cries, you need to stop to see to them etc, as everyone’s in the same boat! At the end of the workout, there’s time for a drink and chat, and fun crafts for the kids to do!
Classes cost £5 including the kids activities too.
