A years worth of lockdown has taken its toll on our health and fitness, so if you are keen to join the gym to get your fitness back, here’s some information for you!
If you are already a member of our gym, and have had an induction, the Gym reopens on Monday 12th April, and we now have extended opening hours! All sessions must be booked in advance via our website due to covid-19 restrictions.
If you are looking to become a member of the gym, please sign up via the ‘Join the Gym’ page of the website. This is free of charge. One of our Gym instructors will then contact you to book you in for a gym induction. These will be from w/c 19/04/21 at the earliest.
We have two gym rooms available to use. The main gym has a variety of weights and resistance equipment, along with a treadmill, bike and rower to do cardio warm ups. The cardio room features only cardio equipment- a treadmill, cross trainer, bike and rowing machine. You can buy a daily, weekly, monthly passes for either of the gym rooms.
Our Gyms are regularly thoroughly cleaned and ‘fogged’ with antiviral fogging solution to ensure they are clean and safe. When you arrive to use the gym, please wear your facemask and use the hand gel provided. Check in at reception and then go into the gyms to begin your workout. Masks may be removed once you begin your workout. Please use the spray/wipes provided to wipe down the touch points of the gym equipment before and after you use it. There are strict limits of 6 people in the Main Gym and 2 people in the Cardio Room at a time. You may only attend the gym with members of your own household or to train on your own. Spotting is not allowed at this time.
