Fencing got off to a good start on Sunday, with a mix of adults and children attending, and a mix of abilities as well – from those who had never done it before to people who had been good quite a few years ago…

Since last week, lots more classes have been added to our Children’s Easter Holiday Timetable. Kids can now do Boogie Bounce – a fun fitness session on mini trampolines. There will be multisports sessions where they can do a mix of fencing, archery, dodgeball, football, goal ball and athletics games. Mums, dads and children can come together for some self defence training – you never know when it might be useful. And there are still places at Art Explosion, Jungle Yoga, Beginner Skating Lessons and Skating Skills. You can find out more about all these sessions on our Easter Holiday page.
These new classes are being started by James. Self Defence is in the daytime, then there is an early evening class of the martial art Senshi No Ken Budo. On Sundays there will be fencing for everyone – adults, teens and children.
