Tickets for Nerf Scrimmage in February School Holidays are on Sale Now!

We’ve got two dates for Nerf fans in the February School Holidays!

  • Monday 17th February 11:30-1:30pm (ages 7-11)
  • Saturday 22nd February 9:30-11:30am (ages 5-8)

Nerf Scrimmage is a fast paced and fun team game with Nerf Guns! Build your Box Fort and then capture the flag for your team. Bring along your own Nerf gun or hire one of ours for £2 extra on the day! Safety equipment is included in the ticket price and the game is marshalled to make sure everyone has a fun time!

Tickets are £8pp for the two hour session and these events often sell out, so early booking is advisable!

Kids Ceramics Workshop at Penistone Leisure Centre!

Join Sarah Jones Morris Ceramics on Tuesday 18th February at 10-11:30am for a creative and fun kids ceramics workshop!

Under the guidance of Sarah your child will create their own name plaque or wall hanging from clay. Sarah will work alongside your child to help them create their own piece exploring different techniques of layering, creating patterns and textures in clay. The finished creation will then be taken to Sarah’s kiln where it will be fired and glazed with the colours of their choice before being returned to you a few weeks later.


Places cost £18 including all materials. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited and this event sold out last time!

The class is suitable for creative kids aged 8-16.

Slime Workshops in the February Half Term Holidays!

Who’s joining Brad from Creation Station Penistone for another of his brilliant Slime Workshops?!

Brad is back on Monday 17th February for slime workshops at 10am and 11am (sessions last 45 minutes). Slime workshops cost just £3 per child and are suitable for kids aged 4-11 years old.

Roll out the challenges

The holiday Hoverboard Challenge is approaching.

Our Swegway obstacle course and limbo is in action in the half term holidays – with a special deal for those who do both skating and Swegway.

There’s a one hour hoverboard session between 4pm and 5pm during the half term on Friday, February 22 – at the usual price of £2 – but if you take part in the public skate session beforehand (2pm-4pm for £2.50) you can just pay £4 for both sessions.

Don’t forget to bring your own board (unlike skates which we have in every size and are included in your session price, we do not have Swegways for you to use)

Don’t forget the Hoverboard Challenge is a regular part of our schedule now with 4pm-5pm sessions (£2) running every second and fourth Friday of the month, every month.

New this half term – table tennis coaching

Book in for an hour with a professional table tennis coach here at the centre – suitable for adults or children.

Only two to a table for maximum learning opportunities. But you don’t need a partner to come – just book a place and the coach will pair you up.

Session runs 10am-11am on Friday, February 22.

Cost is £4.
