Clubbercise Kids Starts Tonight!

Kelly is branching out her popular Clubbercise classes, to include kids! The sessions are £4 per child and lots of fun! Classes are high energy and include disco lights, dance routines, glow sticks and the sort of music kids love.

Kelly is now running sessions on Thursdays from 4-4:45pm for kids aged 5-8 and 4:45-5:30 for kids aged 9-12. The classes allow kids to burn off some energy and include games and team building too.

Booking is essential, so please contact Kelly on 07708 931231 to reserve you childs spot.

Want to try something new? We have LOTS of new things here at Penistone Leisure Centre!

  • SOSA! SOSA is a Dance Fitness class, new to Penistone Leisure Centre! Join Sheila on Mondays from 10:30-11:15am & Thursdays at 6-6:45pm.
  • Walking Netball! Join Hannah for Walking Netball, a great way to get back into netball, with a gentler version of the game! It’s Fridays from 1-3pm.
  • DDMIX Dance! DDMIX is a dance fusion class incorporating 26 different dance styles! Join Melanie on Thursdays from 8:30-9:30pm.
  • PenActive! PenActive is the Youth Club for Older People. It’s Tuesdays (Starting on 04.06.19) from 1:30-3:30pm
  • Clubbercise! Clubbercise is back at Penistone Leisure Centre! It is like a night out, but a work out join Kelly on Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm and Thursdays 5:45-6:45.

Clubbercise Starts Again From Today!

We’re delighted to say that Clubbercise is back at Penistone Leisure Centre! Kelly is bringing the party to us two days a week! Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm in the main hall and Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm in the back room.

Clubbercise is like a night out, but a work out! Glow sticks, disco lights, banging club classics and dancing… And best of all, it’s in the dark, so no need to worry if you’re doing it ‘right’ or not!

Clubbercise is Back!

We’re delighted to say that Clubbercise is back at Penistone Leisure Centre!

Classes start again on Tuesday 7th May in her old slot of 7:30-8:30pm in the main hall and Thursdays 5:45pm-6:45pm in the back room.

If you’ve not heard of Clubbercise before and wonder if it’s for you, here’s a bit of information about it…

Clubbercise is like a night out, but it’s a work out! Imagine raving to some old school club classics, in the dark with glow sticks and disco lights! If you’re not a fan of traditional aerobics classes or dance classes because you’re worried about getting it wrong, Clubbrcise is perfect, because no one can see if you’re doing it ‘right’ or not! As long as you are laughing and dancing, you are doing Clubbercise right!

To book, please contact Kelly on 07708 931231. Booking is essential, as spaces are limited and book up quickly! Currently only two spaces left for the Thursday class, so act quickly if you would like to attend! Classes cost £5, but look out for Kelly’s special offers on block bookings.
