The countdown is on… this weekend it will be just 7 days until our Christmas Skate Party…our special guest (ahem!) has got his invitation and our elves are wrapping all the presents ready for our skate party! Our Christmas party ticket includes a present (from you know who!) a delicious selection of party food from our very own @thehubcommunitycafe, skate to your choice of Christmas tunes…we love your song requests! Throughout the party there will be Christmas themed skate games too… get those Santa hats, Christmas jumpers and skates at the ready! We are looking forward to a festive, family-friendly party x

Christmas Opening Hours

As we’re heading for the Christmas Period here’s a quick update about our upcoming opening hours.

In order to give our hardworking Trustees, Volunteers and Staff a break with their families over the festive period, we will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

We will be open for our usual hours until the end of December 23rd when we will close at 8:15pm. We’ll be closed on Christmas Eve and then remain closed throughout Christmas until the New Year.

We reopen on Monday January 4th when normal hours resume again.

Gift Vouchers Now Available for Penistone Leisure Centre!

It’s very easy to spend money on nonsense presents that never get used, or are quickly forgotten! Why not give a gift they’ll enjoy spending! People don’t always remember gifts, but they do remember fun experiences…

We now have vouchers available on our website, which can be spent on any bookable products via our website. You can buy monetary gift cards (£5, £10, £20) or for experiences (family skate passes, gym passes etc!)

You have a year to use any vouchers and they don’t have to be redeemed in one go. The balance will remain on the account until it is spent or expires.

There’s also a nifty feature which allows you to choose a date that the gift card is emailed to the recipient, so you can set it up to send on Christmas Day, or a birthday etc.

Christmas Day Open House!

You will be very welcome to join us on Christmas day between 10am-12noon for a friendly festive open house!

We’re opening our doors to anyone who would like to join us- We’ll get the Skates out for anyone wanting to skate, and the table tennis tables out for anyone who fancies a ‘bat and chat’! There will be hot drinks and mince pies a-plenty!

Please SHARE this with anyone you may feel will benefit. We aren’t charging on Christmas Day, but you are welcome to stick a donation into our big build fund if you like!
