Camaryn teaches traditional Hatha Style Yoga for mid beginners/intermediate yogis. The class is on Mondays (next one is Mon 3rd February) at 6:45-7:45 in the party room.
The classes are made up of breathing (pranayama), poses (asanas) and a lovely guided mediation (savasana) at the end.
Please bring along a yoga mat, a water bottle and a blanket, or if you need to, you can hire a mat from Camaryn for 50p per class. If you’d like to book your space please contact Camaryn via her facebook group (link below).
Sessions cost £6 pay on the day, or block book three classes for £15.
