Starting in September we have TWO new classes – Walking Netball and Chair Fitness

Walking Netball
Starts 6th September 2021
Mondays 11:45am – 12:45, £4
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game. It’s netball but at a walking pace so anyone can play, regardless of age or fitness level.
Sessions are run by coach Hannah Burton. It’s a fun and friendly team game, so why not come along and have a giggle with us!

Chair Fitness
Starts 6th September 2021 with Rachel Howard
Mondays 12:45 – 1:45, £4
Chair Fitness is a gentle exercise class adapted to suit less able people. Rachel is experienced in working with older or less able people to help them with fall prevention, core strength and general fitness.
