What is Total Fitness Camp?
Total Fitness Camp is a 3hr per week commitment to fitness and changing your lifestyle.
Classes are at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the main hall at Penistone Leisure Centre.
Who is it for?
Hard working, full time working women, who have little time for themselves, have been getting fitter, losing weight and dropping jeans sizes in just 4 weeks.
How is this possible, without using silly dieting methods and extreme intensity?
Well let’s take a little glimpse of what’s really working for these busy, full time working women.
This week we have been spending a little more focus on working core and abdominal muscles and already we have had amazing feed back.
“It’s the first time I’ve felt my core and abs working today. I’ve not felt this for a long time!!”
It can be difficult for women who have had children, to regain core and abdominal strength and tone, and lose belly fat from this area.
At TFC, we have an effective system that helps you to tone and strengthen those key areas in our Fitness sessions.
We make sure each member goes through..‘Activation’ drills in each session, every week, before carrying out multi-joint movement patterns..
So every rep they do, we know they are getting ‘bang for your buck’ in return
Plus, they can ‘feel’ this area working without pain in their lower back and hips.

Who Runs Total Fitness Camp?
Total Fitness Camp is run by Richard Wood
You can find out more about him by clicking on his name! Richard is also available for 1:1 or small groups as a Personal Trainer at Penistone Leisure Centre.
Richard is a Level 3 Master Personal Trainer, Level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage therapist, First Aider, and DBS checked.
