So much going on down here!

August 8, 2018 Leave a Comment

It’s a busy week here with lots of holiday fun and extra gym sessions taking place.

On Saturday (August 11), you can learn to ride with Lee who will take your youngsters from learning to balance, through manoeuvring and on to pedalling.

And if you don’t need cycling skills but could do to brush up on your skating abilities, on Tuesday 14 we host a Skating Skills morning.

Tuesday afternoon 2pm-4pm is the first of the week’s regular holiday skating sessions – just turn up no need to book and there are skates here for everyone.

Then it’s time to bring your hoverboards down to the centre on Wednesday for an hour’s Swegway obstacle course 1pm-2pm before the skating starts (don’t forget you get a discount in the skating session if you take part in the Swegway hour).

There is more skating on Thursday 2pm-4pm … and don’t forget the gym is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays while the public skating sessions are on.

And Becca will be here for a summer special Squats with Tots session for all you mums and dads that need a space to exercise where your youngster can come along too. The session is on Tuesday at the earlier time of 9.30am-10.30am (normal Squats with Tots sessions are suspended for the summer except this session and one on Tuesday, August 28, also at the holiday time of 9.30am).

Remember all our regular classes and new early bird gym times with the rooms now open from 6am-12noon Wednesdays and Thursdays along with usual evening sessions (except 4pm-6pm Wednesdays – which is suspended during the school holidays).
