Power or Hatha Yoga – take your pick

December 31, 2018 Leave a Comment

We now have two types of yoga available here at the centre.

New daytime sessions with Matt Appleby start next week (Wed, Jan 9) and offer traditional Hatha style yoga.

Sessions running from 1pm and Matt says they will help improve strength, flexibility, mobility and ease stress.

Suitable for beginners or improvers his winter term starts on January 9th and runs for six weeks (last session Feb 13). The 75-minute sessions include limbering, posture work, breathing practices and relaxation all taught in a progressive manner.

Matt adds: “You don’t have to be bendy to do yoga.”

You can book via Matt’s website https://www.appleyoga.co.uk/penistone or by telephoning him on 07739 139013.

***We also have existing hour-long Power Yoga sessions at 6.30pm and 7.35pm with Eva in the party room on Mondays –
Find out more about Power Yoga here – where she has one or two spaces and following the success of these two classes Eva hopes there will be enough interest to offer Power Yoga on Thursday evenings 6pm-7pm as well. The new session is planned to start mid-January.

To find out about spaces in the existing sessions or to put your name down for the new Thursday session please call Eva on 07462 196048.
