January Offers

Yoga Penistone January 2016

I’ll be back teaching 5 yoga classes each week from 11th January and look forward to seeing you in our lovely little room at Penistone Leisure Centre.  With parquet floors, a forest mural and two huge windows to let in the light it’s a great location to practice yoga.

Everyone needs a little extra motivation to make it to class so until the end of January I have some great special offers for you.

  • 4 class pass £10 (usually £20)
  • 1 month unlimited classes  £25 (usually £45)
  • Introduce a friend and get a free class if they purchase a 4 class pass or 1 month unlimited pass.

Class pass offers apply to all passes purchased before 31st January.  4 class pass is valid for 2 months from date of purchase.  1 month unlimited class pass is valid for 1 month from date of purchase.

“Introduce a friend” offer applies until 29th February and can be claimed as many times as you introduce a NEW student who then purchases a multi-class pass.

Wed 10am – 11:15am

A Bit About the Classes

Class Doing Downward Dog

Yoga develops physical strength, stamina and flexibility. In addition, the method helps develop a focused mind, calm the emotions and enliven the spirit. The classes are suitable for all levels including absolute beginners and adapt the class and postures to the ability of each person in the room.

Each class has a different structure but builds on what has come before, while every class covers the fundamental principles that underlie all yoga asana (postures). I incorporate postures and teachings from many different styles of yoga asana I have experienced.

The classes tend towards a dynamic form and will be physically and mentally demanding.  Don’t let that put you off…you will be gently encouraged to challenge yourself while staying safe at whatever level you’re at right now! However, if you thought that yoga was only about laying down and doing a bit of stretching you will be surprised.

The benefits of yoga are available to everyone, regardless of age, size, gender or levels of fitness. You don’t need to be super-flexible to start and I assure you every student realises pretty quickly that their body is capable of so much more than they previously thought.  Yoga is a journey into the heart of the self… it’s the greatest adventure of all.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat.  Happy New Year! Happy New Yoga!
