March is proving to be a great month to get into something new at PLC.
We have 3 new classes started this month.

Sweaty Gym is a unique and effective way to exercise with your child. There is no need to organise childcare, Sweaty Gym allows you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout. You are welcome to wear your child in a carrier or sling whilst undertaking the class, using their weight to intensify the exercise. It’s a fab, fun workout to upbeat music that both you and your child will love.
Child not required – You can come along on your own too – everyone welcome.
If your short on time and only have a short time to get a workout in – the 30 mins burst will do you just fine !

My First Sports is exactly what it says it is.
A 40 minute session with some free play time for children to have fun experimenting and experiencing a variety of different sports each week.
Each session will also have some structured games and activities based upon being active.

1st class is at 9.30am
2nd class at 10.30am and
3rd class at 11.30am
Classes are 45 minutes long.
Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence.
Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop.
The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
