Who’s coming to our new class- SOSA! The first class is this evening from 6-6:45 in the small room! There is also a daytime class starting on Mondays mornings from 10:30-11:15am.
SOSA is a dance based fitness class!
SOSA is open to everyone – all shapes, sizes and abilities – and all ages. It’s about having fun and getting fit without realising it. The routines are high-energy but low-impact and we make sure no one is left struggling at the back. You don’t need a partner, so don’t be afraid to come on your own!
