Join personal trainer Joe Clegg from Physique Culture, bright and early for his early morning Bootcamp session, weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:15-7:00am from Monday `14th June!
This is a 45 minute HIIT class. HIIT is a format that consists of short bursts of high intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. Session will aim to ;
- Improve cardiovascular endurance
- Build strength and stamina
- Increase athleticism
Classes will include a variety of bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell work, plyometrics and total body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity in just 45 minutes!

Early morning bootcamp costs £5 per class, or £9 for Monday and Thursday in the same week.
