Learn Some Summer Skating Skills

22/07/2019 by Frances Greenwood 2 Comments

We still have some spaces available on this weeks beginners Skating Skills Session TOMORROW (Tuesday 22nd July) and our Intermediate/Advanced class on Wednesday 23rd July both at 11:30am-1:30pm.

It’s a great opportunity to gain some confidence on inline skates and have fun doing it!

The lessons are fun, with games and activities as well as as chance to practice your newfound skills. Please bring a packed lunch, as there is a break in the middle for food.

There are further Skating Skills Lessons towards the end of the holidays on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th August 11:30am-1:30pm– can’t make the ones this week, but fancy a go? Book now to reserve your space(s).

Classes cost £7 per skater, which includes skate hire and safety equipment. Booking is essential- You can reserve your space(s) HERE by completing the form.

    Hi
What age is this suitable for please
And do I stay with my child
I have 8&6 year old girls who have some experience but not confident so thinking the beginners class will be best ?
    Thank you

      Hi Sarah,
The classes are suitable for anyone aged 5+
Sounds like they’d really benefit from a beginners lesson- then if they feel confident, they could always come to an intermediate at the end of the holidays (and practice their new skills in public skating sessions in between!)
Parents can stay and watch (and have a cuppa) or leave children after getting them fitted for skates. Entirely upto you!
Hope this helps. If you’d like to talk to Rachel who teaches the class, her number is 07947 991727.
      Best wishes,
      Frances
