We’re delighted to say that we now have increased Gym Opening Hours! The gym is now open throughout the day whenever we have staff or volunteers in, as well as in the evenings between 6-8:30 and weekend sessions too. We hope to build up and increase opening hours as restrictions ease and we are able to resume more of our timetabled sessions.

Whilst Covid-19 restrictions are in place, all sessions must be pre-booked in advance via our website. This is to ensure that we don’t exceed our covid-safe limits on numbers, and also so that we have your details for track and trace purposes.
To use our facilities you must first become a gym member via our website. When you have become a Gym Member, it will prompt you to fill in a ‘Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire’ (PAR-Q) which is a quick form which needs to be completed annually to make sure that there are no medical reasons that you shouldn’t undertake exercise. If you have never used our gym before, you will be invited in for a free of charge induction with one of our volunteer gym instructors. Once your induction is complete, you will be able to book yourself in for daily, weekly or monthly gym passes for the Main Gym or the Cardio Room.
