As we look at wrapping up February and stepping into March next week – PLC would like to share the Volunteers combined hours so far and share our idea of an annual target for volunteer hours of 2022 (Inventive right?)
- January 148.5 hours
- February (so far) 158 hours
Amazing right? This was achieved over various sessions – Reception – Gym instructors – Skate store – Kitchen – Gardening – Maintenance.
Amazing right? Thanks to all who added to these hours.
Last year, even with the times we had to be closed due to Covid our volunteers achieving a massive 1500 hours.
As we’re expecting no closures this year (Fingers crossed!) and lots of new activities starting and plenty happening again with further improvements to the Centre, we hope that a target of 2022 hours as very achievable.
