Female Only Gym Sessions- Your opinion?

Coming to the gym, particularly when you’re at the start of your fitness journey can feel a little intimidating… So, following feedback and as part of our ongoing plan to be a welcoming and inclusive space, we are considering introducing a ‘female only’ gym session.

This is very much just a suggestion at the moment, but please tell us what you think, and what time/day you think would be most useful to you!

    I’ve never been to Penistone Leisure Centre but would possibly be interested in an All Female Gym session. Midweek morning would interest me.

    Do you have toning tables??

      HI Polly, thanks for your reply. I’m afraid we don’t have toning tables, we have cardio machines – running, stepping, crosstrainer, bikes, rowing. Then we have resistance machines like leg curl, abductor, shoulder press etc. And we have free weights and a Smiths machine.
      You’re welcome to come down and look during any of our opening hours.
