Early morning boot camp !
Monday & Thursday 6.15am – 7am
45 minutes of short, high intensity bursts of workouts with short rest intervals in between.
Sessions aim to improve Cardio vascular endurance – Build strength and stamina – Increase athleticism

Joe, a local lad with a strong passion for health and fitness, has been in the fitness industry for 6 yrs and works with a variety of clients with many various goals.
Join him in reaching your goal – Weight loss – Strength building – general well being and fitness.
Session cost £5 per class, or £9 for Monday and Thursday in the same week.
