Rise and shine on Mondays for an extra early workout and get your fitness fix before work.
With the success of our early bird sessions on Wednesdays and Thursday from 6am – we are adding to our early risers workout opportunities with another 6am opening on Mondays.
The gym morning sessions will run from 6am to 12noon on Mondays – as well as Wednesdays and Thursdays – from this coming Monday (Dec 3).
