Did you miss our first Monday early bird session – don’t forget for next week! (Mon, Dec 10)
You can now work out from 6am three mornings-a-week. With the success of our early bird sessions on Wednesdays and Thursday from 6am – we have now added to our early risers workout opportunities with another 6am opening on Mondays.
Morning gym sessions now run from 6am to 12noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Other sessions include Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays 10am-12noon, Saturdays 9am-2pm and various afternoon/evening slots – to check out the full gym timetable see our gym webpage – click here.
