We’re delighted to say that we have a new daytime Tai Chi class starting on Friday mornings 10:30-11:30am fortnightly from 30th August.

Tai Chi classes are run by Zheng Wu. He has been practicing Tai Chi for 18 years. He learned Tai Chi from his master Huang Hao in the traditional Chinese manner and is a member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. He teaches 2 styles; yang style (suitable for beginners) and chen style (a more advanced style). He also teaches meditative breathing exercises called qi gong. Tai Chi is known as an ‘internal martial art’. It is a holistic exercise to benefit the mind, body and spirit.
Zheng Wu says- “My classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have learned Tai Chi before. Everyone is welcome, I look forward to meeting you.”
