We are looking for a Chef Manager to operate our new café at Penistone Leisure Centre. You could be operating both the kitchen and front of house alone or with other staff.
You will organise daily operations, both front and back of house, delivering hot meals, snacks and home-made bakes. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, setting menus and pricing, and ensuring we meet all of our regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role you should have experience of managing a kitchen and front of house. You will be commercially aware and available to work during centre opening hours, mostly during daytimes, weekends and some holidays.
