We are running a Christmas raffle this year, which is a new fundraising idea put forward by Natalie Parkin, one of the skating volunteers. Natalie has arranged with Tesco, Co-op and Spar to donate a range of Christmas food which we will be putting together into a hamper as the first prize. If you would like to win some extra tasty food this Christmas – and help the centre as well – look out for the raffle tickets going on sale, hopefully by the weekend.
We are also collecting your ideas for things we could spend the money on – so far, another disco light has been proposed and there is always equipment we need generally. But have you got any good ideas?
