Christmas is coming!

November 17, 2015 Leave a Comment

We are already planning our Christmas holiday children’s activities and would like to run skating sessions on
Saturday 19th Dec: 12-2pm (families)
Monday 21st Dec: 11am-1pm
Tuesday 22nd Dec: 2-4pm (fast)
Wednesday 23rd Dec:  11am-1pm and 2-4pm
24th December – 1st Jan closed for Christmas (skating only – the gym and classes might be different)
Saturday 2nd Jan: 12-2pm (families)
Then back to term time skating.
To make this happen, we need 3 skating volunteers in each session – one to sign people in, one to hand out skates and one to run the tuck shop – although everyone moves around. We need your help – regular volunteers and new ones too! If you are new, you will be put with someone who has run a session before.  Children of volunteers get into the session for free and you get free tea and coffee.
To volunteer, please reply to this email.
We are also deciding whether to have our skating Christmas party on during the usual skating session 12-2pm on Saturday 19th, or whether to have it separate from 6-8pm ( like the Halloween party). Let us know which you would prefer – again, please reply to this email to let us know.
