Unfortunately sometimes PLC may need to cancel sessions and we reserve the right to do so.

Classes

External classes – please ask your class instructor for their cancellation policy.

PLC classes – PLC will give as much notice as possible for cancelled classes and refund or move the booking.

Customer cancellation – refunds will be given if notice of 7 days or more – less than a week, the booking can be moved but not refunded.

Skating

Public sessions – refunds will be given if notice of 7 days or more – less than a week, the booking can be moved but not refunded.

Private Skate hire – refunds will be given if notice of 7 days or more – less than a week, the booking can be moved but not refunded.

Venue Hire

Regular venue hire – Please refer to the hire agreement provided.

Other hire – (Sports etc) refunds will be given if notice of 7 days or more – less than a week, the booking can be moved but not refunded.
