Get up and get on it with our early bird sessions in the gym from 6am Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Take advantage of the light mornings to get you going and make it a new regime to start your day with a workout.
Midweek can be a bit of a slump when it comes to motivation. Use the early starts on Wednesdays and Thursdays to pep up the week before you hit Friday and the weekend!
Sessions from 6am to 12noon both days while the gym is still open 10am-12noon on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Don’t forget we have extra opening times during the summer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm while the roller skating sessions are on but the Wednesday 4pm-6pm session won’t run until September.
