Building works

28/04/2022 by Sarah Catterall Leave a Comment

There has been some building work commenced this week!

Disruption will be limited we hope!

We apologise for any disruption this may cause – We really hope it won’t be long.

Please be aware that we have lost a few parking spaces whilst the work is underway so you may want to either arrange a car share to classes or come earlier to grab a space.

Maybe while the weathers nice have a stroll down from Penistone.

A great idea for days when The Hub Cafe is open, so you can earn a Mocha or Latte and maybe a slice of something nice too.

Tuesdays 10-3pm Fridays 10-3pm Saturdays 9-2pm

You Could Park at Cycle Penistone right next to the trial – head towards Thurlstone/Millhouse and turn right not too far along and walk down through Stottercliffe Cemetary, which then brings you out very close to the Centre.

A nice stroll on a lovely day.

It takes about 10/15 minutes to walk down this way (Well it does me! But I have been told I do walk fast!) Maybe time it for us ?

Equally from a further point along the trial such as from the St Johns Community Centre

The building work is creating a more accessible and convenient new storage area for equipment regularly needed for many classes and sessions at the Centre.

Once complete this will lead onto other plans in the continual refurbishment plans of PLC.
