The Boogie Bounce programme is Fab, Fun, Funky and Fat burning.
It’s a complete exercise programme on mini trampolines with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping, inspiring music, which includes an extremely effective cardio section, with a really powerful legs, bums and tums section too. Every muscle in the body is worked. Even the facial muscles!
There are 6 sessions of Boogie Bounce every week at Penistone Leisure Centre. This includes two daytime ones, which babies can come along to if they stay in their pushchairs or car seats. In the Easter holiday, there will also be two Kids Boogie Bounce sessions, with disco lights for a party feel.
