This class is run by Leigh at Pennine Silhouette Fitness
Leigh is a fully qualified amateur boxing coach and has also competed in this sport. The training she has done herself is what inspired her to run these classes.
All classes are none contact, pads and gloves are used. It is a fantastic way to relieve stress as well as have fun and get fit. Various punches are used within classes and leigh will give demonstrations and help to get good to technique when throwing punches for a better, safer workout.
Various other forms of exercises are included to ensure a great full body workout that will not only help increase fitness but also strength. Classes are kept varied so as to stave off boredom.
